The Cat, the Dog, and the Horse are such familiar animals yet can carry greater meaning for us humans.

Meister Eckhart reminds us that  “when the soul wants to experience something she throws out an image in front of her and then steps into it.” It is this act of evoking that summons a spirit as a threshold leading to new dimensions of meaning. Symbolic images are more than that.

Monica Daughterty, PhD and Rosemarie Paini, PhD will lead us into a deeper discovery of these symbols and the way they impact our individuation journey.

The class will involve discussion, personal associations and presented material. We will use the work of Jungian Analyst Barbara Hannah to amplify the work.
