In this engaging online introduction to Jungian psychology, we will explore some of Carl Jung's most enduring ideas, including archetypes, dreams, the shadow, and the lifelong journey toward wholeness. Drawing from everyday experiences rather than clinical theory, this workshop offers practical ways to recognize the symbolic dimensions of your own life.
In keeping with Jung Cleveland's 2026 theme, Anima Mundi (Soul of the World), we will also consider Jung's insight that psyche is not isolated within the individual but participates in a larger field of meaning, imagination, and relationship. The symbols that emerge in dreams and daily life often connect personal experience with something larger than ourselves. Whether you are new to Jung or have long been curious about his work, this evening offers a welcoming doorway into the rich landscape of Jungian thought.
Bethany S. Ward is a Jungian Spiritual Director, Evidential Medium, and Graduate of the Haden Institute. She serves on the board of Jung Cleveland and teaches on dreams, symbolism, spirituality, and the art of listening to the deeper life of the soul.
