No registration is required.

For those Interested in Learning More About
Jungian Psychology

Curious about Jungian training? Join us for an open house designed as an introduction to the experience itself. The open house is for people interested in furthering their study of Jung and provides an opportunity to dialogue with Jungian Analysts who trained in the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts.  What got them interested in Jung?  How did they make the decision to train?  What was their experience like?

This informal, conversational evening offers a chance to meet faculty, hear how candidates engage with the work, and get a felt sense of what training asks of and gives to those who undertake it. Whether you are considering formal training or simply want to deepen your understanding of symbolic and clinical work, you are warmly invited.

What to expect:

  • A glimpse into the rhythm and texture of training

  • Conversation with analysts, many who trained in Pittsburgh

  • Space for questions about the process, structure, and personal impact of analytic study

Who is welcome:

  • Clinicians and non-clinicians alike

  • Those curious about training, with no obligation to apply

Looking ahead: The open house will also be an opportunity to hear more about plans to expand the Pittsburgh Seminar into a joint Pittsburgh/Cleveland seminar. Next year, anyone interested in participating can do so online rather than traveling to Pittsburgh monthly.  We anticipate that in the 2027-2028 year, we will hold in-person seminars in both Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

This will provide an opportunity for individuals interested in expanding their understanding of Jung and personal growth to participate in an in-depth study.  Some people decide to formally train as an analyst after participating in the seminar, but this is not required.
