When we reach the age of retirement, life possibilities can range from sitting on the porch to taking up new hobbies, to discovering deeper parts within our self. What does it mean to make the shift to being a conscious Elder, living with deep awareness and sharing gifts? How does one find renewed purpose after ending a long career that was our identity?

Our Shadow contains our rejected, unacceptable traits and feelings. It is also contains our hidden gifts and talents that have remained repressed or unlived. As Jung put it, the essence of the Shadow is pure gold.

Come join us in this workshop as we follow Connie Zweig, PH.D. writings from her book, The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul.
